What is your return policy?
Extended Holiday Returns: Purchases made on or after November 10th, 2021 through December 24th, 2021 qualify for our extended return/exchange policy. The deadline to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or an exchange is January 7th, 2022.

We want you to fall in love with your purchase. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return it for a refund or exchange it for store credit within 30 days.

I bought a watch but the band is too large. How do I adjust it to fit my wrist?
We highly recommend taking the watch to a jewelry/watch store in your local mall who'll do it for you! It's fairly cheap and sometimes they even do it for free since its such a quick job.

If you'd like to do it yourself, its fairly easy to do. You can push any small metal pin into the holes on the left side of the straps near the clasp to push out the metal bar that connects the links. Once the link is removed, reconnect the strap with one of the metal bars you removed.
Are your watches water proof?
We like to say our watches are splash proof. Feel free to wash your hands or come in contact with small amounts of water. Cliff jumping off of a 100-foot cliff into the pacific ocean is not recommended.

*Considering we use 100% all-natural wood, prolonged exposure to water isn't recommended. Over time water will penetrate the wood and can leave stains.
Where's my order, what's taking so long?
We understand you're super excited to receive your products, we are too! Unfortunately, the teleportation machine we've been working on is still in production and so we have to ship using shipping companies which sometimes experience delays.

In all seriousness, if your order is taking longer than expected or the tracking link hasn't shown movement in ages, shoot us an email and we'll get to the bottom of it for you.
Why am I unable to apply a discount code/gift card to my order?
When you are placing an order during one of our limited promo's (i.e. "BUY 1 GET 1 FREE", "GET SUNGLASSES 50% OFF", etc.), this limited promo takes precedence over any discount/gift card codes. If you apply your discount/gift card code, the limited promo will not be applied to your order. Due to this, we are unable to combine discount/gift card codes with limited promo's.

I have small/large wrists. Will your watches fit?
All our wooden/metal strap watches, come with removable links making them fully adjustable to fit all wrist sizes. Our leather strap watches have more than enough holes making them suitable for everyone!

What's the diameter of the watches?
The faces of our watches vary from 36mm to 45mm in diameter. All sizing details are listed on the product page under "Specs".
Are your sunglasses polarized?
They sure are! All our sunglasses come with high quality polarized lenses.
What movement powers these beautiful timepieces?
For most of our watches we use a high quality, high precision, Japanese Quartz Movement.

Our Skeleton collection features a Japanese Automatic Movement and so it doesn't have a battery - it's powered through your everyday motions! It can also be wound if you haven't worn it for a while!

Do you guys ship to my country? How much does it cost?
We sure do - we ship to over 150 countries, FREE* of charge!
* Some countries require a door-to-door courier service in order for packages to be delivered successfully and so the free shipping option is not available. How long does it take to receive my order?
For US orders, shipping usually takes 3-7 business days.
*We offer expedited shipping which takes 2 business days.

For Canadian orders, shipping usually takes 5-10 business days.

For International orders, shipping usually takes 5-14 business days.
How long does it take to ship out my order?
Our processing time is usually 1-2 business days depending on demand. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as it's shipped!
I was charged additional fees upon delivery of my order. I would like to get reimbursed.
Your country's local customs department may require a duty tax or customs import fee charged by your delivery provider on your order. Ultimately, customs fees are determined by your country’s customs agency and are not collected by us. Any applicable local taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer and not eligible for reimbursement. If the fees are not paid, the order will be sent back to us and processed as a return once received.

My package was delivered damaged, what do I do?
While we use extra packing material to make sure everything arrives in one piece, there is that 1% of the time where it almost seems like the post office has been playing bowling with the package. If there are any problems, shoot us an email using our contact page and we'll make sure to get it sorted out for you!

What warranty do I have on my watch?
We offer a 12 month manufacturer warranty which covers all internal defects. This includes things such as the watch stops ticking or on any internal components that malfunction.
I accidentally dropped my watch and it cracked. Is this covered?
We use a sapphire coated mineral glass on most of our watches which is very durable!
Unfortunately, we don't offer accidental damage warranty coverage - we wanted to make our watches as affordable as possible and so we didn't build any replacement costs due to accidental damage into the price of our watches.
We're humans too so if there are any issues, shoot us an email and we'll see what we can do for you!
I tried to adjust the band myself and accidentally cracked it. Can you help?
We recommend getting the band adjusted by a watch or jewelry shop if needed, just because of the nature of wooden products being more fragile than typical all metal straps, and we wouldn't want to damage the watch! It's fairly cheap and sometimes they'll even do it for free since it's such quick job!
If you're a DIY type of person and ran into problems, don't worry, we're humans too so shoot us an email and we'll work something out!
